Privacy Policy

AI Prompt Architect is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address, profile image). The rough prompts and ideas you enter, the refined prompts generated for you, and your saved prompt designs. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use information

To refine your prompts, save your designs to your account, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Text you submit is processed by our AI provider (MuAPI) solely to produce your refined prompts. Do not submit confidential information you are not comfortable sending to an AI provider.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: MuAPI (AI prompt refinement), Stripe (payments), and Google (sign-in). We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

Your designs are kept while your account is active. You may delete creations in the product, and you may request deletion of your account data through the contact options on bookaistudio.com.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Last updated: October 23, 2026.
