Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Prompt Architect, operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

The service refines rough prompt ideas into structured, model-ready prompts using AI. Results vary by model and use case; a refined prompt is a starting point, not a guarantee of any output quality.

Your content

You keep ownership of the ideas you enter and the prompts generated for you, subject to these terms. Do not use the service to design prompts intended for unlawful, deceptive or infringing activity.

Credits and payment

Design features consume credits sold in packs on the pricing page (a design execution costs 4 credits). Payments are processed by Stripe. Except where required by law, used credits are not refundable; unused pack credits remain on your account while it is active.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
